Anchor Investor

An Anchor Investor is the Qualified Buyer, applying under the Anchor Investor Portion in accordance with the requirements specified in the SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) ICDR (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations and the Red Herring Prospectus and who has Bid for an amount of at least ₹100 million.
